Dated chalet, some issues
wet dog smell deep clean
The resort restaurant did a good job of accommodating my daughter and her vegan diet, offering her several choices during our two dinners there.
I was very disappointed with our cabin. It needs maintenance and a DEEP clean! One window handle came off in my hand, so I fixed it myself. It smelled like wet dog and also stale urine in one bedroom. I regret using the hoover because the smell worsened. The cabin just felt thrown together.

warped door non-working lights
The gym offered suitable facilities for a basic workout.
The chalet was outdated. Decor was worn. The front door was warped and rotten. Lights were not working and I reported it to the staff, though no faults were addressed .

A charming retreat in the Highlands
spacious chalet well-equipped kitchen pleasant walks
The resort's location allowed for pleasant walks. The chalet was spacious and comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped. It included utensils and dishcloths. The provided dishwasher tablets were a nice touch, I must say.
The outdoor patio area was somewhat tired and could benefit from some updates.

The heated indoor swimming pool was excellent and open to all guests. The resort included minimal sports facilities (which is fine for me). The provided parking at the front door was very convenient.

The chalet had a comfortable and spacious layout. The kitchen offered good facilities for meal preparation. The veranda was a really nice place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I enjoyed it.

The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating. They quickly addressed any concerns we raised . They were helpful with directions and information about the resort.

Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The coffee on the sunny terrace was superb (especially the pancakes!). The service from the dining team was efficient and very attentive.

fantastic stay in a spacious apartment!
spacious duplex excellent wifi designated parking
i totally loved the size of the duplex apartment, it was ideal for my needs! the workspace was just what i needed, with excellent wifi, and the patio area was great , as the weather was awesome. i had a designated parking space, very convenient.
i found a dirty glass by the bathroom sink, a minor detail , but it caught my attention.

the reception staff proved efficient and knowledgeable , they ensured all my requests were promptly addressed , and nothing seemed like too much trouble. a manager was there ensuring i had everything i needed.

the hotel grounds offer walking space, and i found the proximity to local amenities quite convenient. the villa also overlooked the golf course.

the self-catering facilities included all the necessary items , like utensils and cookware , offering convenience. having a coop nearby makes grocery shopping convenient for preparing meals in the apartment.

acceptable location pretty grounds dirty carpets scratched woodwork
The location was acceptable. Grounds are pretty well kept.
I found the carpets to be very dirty with many stains. The woodwork was scratched. It all looked dated and in need of an upgrade.
